Board of High Vista at Ridgewood Lakes Homeowner's Association welcomes you
to our public web page. Situated
in Central Florida on Highway 27, just 2
miles south of I-4 in Davenport, Florida (Polk County). High Vista At
Ridgewood Lakes is a 55+ Resident Owned gated community consisting of over
623
elegant single family homes. The High Vista Homeowner's Association meets the
third Monday of each month at 7:00 PM in the clubhouse.
This web site has been established for the convenience of the property owners and their guests. The purpose of this Web Site is to provide a location for the homeowner's in High Vista to keep up with events in the community and a place for the Property owner's board to disseminate information regarding budget, plans and issues that arise in our community.
